Hi,
The so much craved video I promised long time ago of Ninja 636 vs FZR600R
120hp Kawasaki loses by 98hp Yamaha FZR600R in the curves by almost 3 seconds.
Would you vote for a Part 2? I would.
Service day today for the FZR, including carb cleaning, oil-change, sparks, front suspension lubrication and some other minor stuff plus a…
BMC Filter - made a few rides and let me tell you that the FZR has now razing-blazing throttle with blade-gusts. Definitely louder and breathing better. I feel like it gained 2-4 hp. Got to test it in the highs and top it out a little when time comes. Was searching for a K&N air filter but the Yamaha dealer couldn’t find any in Greece. Scratch that, am pretty thrilled, hehe. Nice job BMC, will keep you posted guys by commenting on this post.
Was a rainy day today and didn’t make a video.
So to sparkle your desire for the next, check out this tiny FZR teaser

What the heck?
The Kawasaki 636 is reported to have a whopping 130hp.
In a previous article I quoted it to having 124hp.
Anyhow…
Anyway… in the twisties the FZR600R was faster on an encounter we’ve had with a Kawa rider who happens to be a buddy… don’t get me wrong, I might have won because the guy could not keep up the 636’s potential, that’s a possibility let me tell you, well might be afraid of his bike and here I am mumbling without a solid competitor for the twisties.
I haven’t produced a vid against Kawa because its rider is a weasel! I can’t find another folk to race against in my area and he is the only one available! Where are you Black Ninja Rider, you half-baked arsed chicken shit! Come and face the FZR and lose with dignity in the corners, as a man oughts to. Excuses like “I need to practise” sound pathetic to me. We’ve been on that road together twice (and you’ve been more), so come and let me fume you into oblivion with camera on!
Ahahahaaaaa!
You seem so courageous in straight lines but when the twisties kick in, you can as well - forget about it.
Altogether.
Yours,
